- Disassemble:
- the filler and the unit carrier of the LF, LR, RF, RR doors.
- the driver's and passenger's glove box from the dashboard.
- the lower panel of the A column and the lower panel of the B column.
- the door sills.
- the lower panel of column C on the left-hand side of the vehicle.

- the fuse box and distributor cover.
- release the central control unit from its holder.
(see Electrical Equipment - Chapter 97)
Follow the individual instructions of the central locking assembly at both front doors and then
rear doors in the same way.
- 1, 2 -
- Drill the relevant holes in the front and rear doors -arrows- to the diameter of 9 mm. Protect
the orifices from corrosion with a suitable basic paint, and let it dry.
- Rivet the riveting nut M6 (T) into the prepared holes.
- Front door - 1 nut, rear door - 2 nuts.
- Re-fit the unit carrier – follow the Workshop manual. Notice. Rivets for attachment of
the unit carrier are not a part of the central locking set.

- Screw the complete motor (A
- Bolt the bottom part of the front door motor bracket by the bolt M6 x 16 (U).
- Place the second end of the bracket in front of the opening of the door filling clamp -arrow-
(when reassembling the door filling, screw in the bracket together with the filling).
- Tighten the lower screw with a tightening torque of 8 Nm.

- Screw the complete motor (B
- Position the rear door motor bracket onto the unit carrier according to the figure and bolt by
the bolts M6 x 16 (U). Tighten the screws with a tightening torque of 8 Nm.
- Remove the packing from the set holder -arrow-.

- Fasten the linkage flange (C
- Screw together using the three M4 x 5 screws (E). Carefully tighten the screws.
- Click the linkage end piece (F) into the opening in the flange (C

- Thread the linkage (G
