Troubleshooting

Fault
Coffee only flows
drop by drop.
Coffee does not
flow.
Grinder does not
grind the coffee
beans.
Loud grinder noise
The bean symbols

Grinding fineness is too
fine.

Measure
Set the grinding fineness

sure it is inserted correctly.
Open the valve until water
flows out of the appliance and
then close it again.
Clean the brewing unit
Tap lightly on the bean
container.
Call the hotline.

Press the button for coffee
dispensing or coffee
strength .
Open the valve until water

If necessary, clean the brewing
