STEP 1.
Remove the contents from box and check for damage. Verify all parts are present. Read instructions completely before
beginning.
STEP 2. NOTE:
It will be necessary to remove the front license plate and bracket. Remove license plate from bracket. Using a 3/16" drill
bit, drill out the two pop rivets that hold the bracket to the bumper. If local/state laws requires a license plate, license plate
relocation kit 32-0055 is available.
STEP 3.
Remove two "push-type" fasteners that hold the tow hook pocket covers on and remove covers. Remove the 6mm bolt and
three "push-type" fasteners from the lower air dam on each side of the tow hook pocket. The tow hook cover will not be
reinstalled. SEE FIGURE 3

STEP 4.
Remove tow hooks by removing front and rear bolts.

STEP 5.
Position bottom bracket up to bottom of frame and replace tow hook bolts.
VEHICLES WITHOUT TOW HOOKS
STEP 6.
Insert u-bolt in frame as shown. Attach bracket to u-bolts using 3/8" fasteners as shown.
STEP 7.
Attach Bull Bar to mount brackets using 1/2" fasteners. Level and adjust Bull Bar as desired and tighten all fasteners.
Recommended torque values are 75 Ft. Lbs. for tow hook bolts, 64 Ft. Lbs. for 1/2" stainless steel fasteners and 26 Ft. Lbs. for 3/8"
fasteners.
STEP 8.
Trim plastic on lower air dam to clear brackets from tow hook pocket area. Replace 6mm bolt and "push-type" fasteners that
were previously removed in Step 3.

Insert threaded stud on base of the light through hole in cross tube. Using a ratchet, extension and socket for correct
