To Remove the Lid from the Base
1. Push down on the latch release buttons.
2. Slide the latch away from the center of the case to unlock the
latches.
3. Remove the lid from the base.
To Secure the Lid to the Base
1. Place the mats, if applicable, inside the insert tray(s) and stack
the insert tray(s) inside of the base.
2. Put the lid on the base.
3. Slide each latch toward the center of the case until it securely
locks into place.
4. Verify all of the latches are locked and the lid is securely
attached to the base.

Failure to comply may lead to infection or cross infection and
result in patient and/or healthcare staff injury.
Maximum Quantity of Devices
WARNING: DO NOT exceed the specified maximum quantity
of devices in an insert tray. The maximum quantity of devices
is based on Stryker validation of this equipment. Exceeding
the maximum quantity of devices may prevent proper
sterilization of the equipment and/or result in excessive
weight. Always follow the current local recommendations and/
or regulations governing weights and weight limits.
