Turn to "0" and padlock the main switch in case of emergency and/or maintenance to the lift.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE
The motor does not run
The motor runs but the lift does not rise
The lift lowers slowly
The lift rises slowly or oil leaks from the inlet
deaerator cap
The lift rises unevenly
The anchoring bolt is not secure
The lift does not rise completely or the lifting
process is erratic.
The locking latches do not engage
Technical service staff are required. Intervention by others prohibited.
CAUSE
Main safety fuses broken
Magnetic-thermal switch OFF
Fault in electrical system
Load exceeding nominal capacity
Mains voltage too low
Insufficient oil in control unit
Air in the hydraulic circuit
Drain valve jammed
Hoist cable for mechanical rest broken or slack
Re-alignement rope slack
Friction between sliders and sliding guides
Technical service staff are required. Intervention by others prohibited.
CAUSE
Fuse or circuit breaker burnt out
Incorrect power supply to the motor
Cable connections faulty/loose
Motor UP switch burnt out
Motor windings burnt out
The lift is overloaded
The motor is being operated on very low voltage
Deposits in the parachute valve
The pump is sucking in air
The intake fitting has separated from the pump
The oil level is low
The release valve is incorrectly set
The lowering valve is open
Deposits in the check valve set
Deposits in the lowering valve set
There are oil leaks
Air has mixed with the oil
Air is being taken in with the oil
The oil return line is loose
The synchronisation cables are offset
The lift is installed on an uneven foundation
The holes are too large
The depth of the foundation or the concrete
quality is inadequate
Air in hydraulic lines or cylinders
The oil level is low
The latch mechanism shafts are oxidised
