6 One-point calibration for GPro 500
A one-point calibration of gas sensors is always a slope (i.e. with air) calibra-
tion. A one-point slope calibration is done in air or any other calibration gas
with defined gas concentration.
In the case of a dual gas (for example CO and CO
gas to be calibrated.
Adjust calibration pressure and temperature, which are applied during calibra-
tion.
Adjust the optical path length for your individual system.
Press the Cal button to start the calibration
Place the sensor in the calibration gas (e.g. air). Press Next.
Enter the value for the calibration point then press Next to start the calculation.
The M400 checks the deviation of the measuring signal and proceeds as
soon as the signal is sufficiently stable.
The display shows the value of the sensor as the result of calibration.
Press the adjust button to perform the calibration and store the calculated
values in the sensor.
Press the Calibrate button to store the calculated values in the sensor. Calibra-
tion is not performed. Press the Cancel button to terminate the calibration.
If "Adjust" or "Calibrate" are chosen, the message "Adjustment Saved Success-
fully!" or "Calibration Saved Successfully!" is displayed. In either case you will
see the message "Please re-install sensor".
