Plug-in fuses:
Nominal current: 10 A
Remove plug-in fuses (1). Visually check
whether wire (2) in the plastic is damaged
(burnt through).
Replace the fuse if wire (2) is damaged.
Main fuse:
Nominal current: 150 A

Open cover (1).
Visually check whether wire (2) is
damaged (blown). If the wire is damaged,
fuse (3) must be replaced by a specialist
dealer.
VIKING recommends VIKING specialist
dealers.
Close cover (1) again.
14.20 Battery
Risk of injury!
When disconnecting the battery,
always remove the black negative
(–) cable first and only then, the red
positive (+) cable.
When connecting the battery,
always connect the red positive (+)
cable first.
The battery is maintenance free
and must only be replaced if it is
damaged and must be removed in
the case of prolonged
immobilisation (e.g. winter break).
Remove the battery before
disposing of the machine.
Do not dispose of the battery with
domestic waste, but hand it in to a
specialist dealer or at a hazardous
waste collection point.

Unscrew the nut (1) from black connection
cable (2) using two A/F 8 spanners and
remove the screw, washer and nut.
Detach and remove the connection cable
(2) from the battery negative (–) terminal.
