TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- STAINLESS STEEL FRAME AISI 304, mounted on 18/10 stainless steel height-adjustable feet and with a rubber support top.
- TUB made of stainless steel AISI 304 suitable to be fitted with GASTRONORM trays in the relative modules.
- GAS HEATING by means of self-adjusting flame burner made of stainless steel AISI 304. Thermostat controlled tempera-
ture with safety valve and thermocouple for the automatic interruption of gas supply in case of accidental extinguishment
of the Targhet pilot burner. Piezoelectric ignition of pilot.
