To use your MAXX Plus as a dehydrator: Slide the 2-in-1 dehydrator/steak tray
into the top level. Place the dehydrating racks in the unit or your air frying
basket in the 3rd level for best air flow. Additional time will lead to crispier
results. Times will vary depending on initial thickness. We recommend checking
the doneness of your dehydrated foods at the initial cooking time indicated
and adding afterwards as needed when dehydrating a type of food for the first
time.
