Ausziehen / Ablegen der OmoTrain
Öffnen Sie beide Gurte. Um Beschädigungen
an Ihrer Kleidung und der OmoTrain zu
vermeiden, kletten Sie das Ende der Gurte
wieder locker auf. Ziehen Sie den Arm
zuerst aus der Schlinge und dann aus dem
Gestrickteil der Bandage.
Reinigungshinweise
Bitte verwenden Sie Feinwaschmittel und ein
Wäschenetz. Setzen Sie Ihr Produkt nie direk-
ter Hitze / Kälte aus. Beachten Sie auch die
Hinweise auf dem Einnähetikett am oberen
Rand Ihres Produktes. Regelmäßige Pflege
gewährleistet eine optimale Wirkung.
Kletten Sie das Massagepolster nach dem
Waschen wieder ein. Legen Sie dazu die
OmoTrain mit den Gurten nach oben auf
die lange Gestrickseite. Kletten Sie das
Massagepolster mit der langen Spitze zu
Ihnen zeigend in das Gestrickteil ein.

Das Produkt ist allein für Ihre Versorgung
vorgesehen.

Purpose
OmoTrain is a medical device. It is a support
for the relief and stabilization of the shoulder
joint.
Indications
• Chronic, post-traumatic or post-operative
irritation
• Prevention / relapse prevention
• Osteoarthritis (joint wear)
Risks of using this product
The benefits of this product are felt
particularly during physical activity.
• Please remove the support during longer
periods of rest.
• Once you have been prescribed the
OmoTrain, only use it according to your
indication and any additional instructions
given by a medical specialist 1 . Please
consult a specialist or your doctor first if you
want to use it together with other products.
Do not modify the product yourself in any
way; otherwise it may not help as expected
or it may be harmful to your health. In these
cases, any warranty or liability claims will
be excluded.
• Avoid contact with ointments, lotions, or
substances containing grease or acids.
• Any aids applied externally to the body may,
if tightened excessively, lead to local pres-
sure points or, in rare cases, constrict the
underlying blood vessels or nerves.
• If you notice any changes or an increase in
symptoms while wearing the product, stop
any further use and contact your doctor.
• To ensure the optimum fit of the OmoTrain,
the size of OmoTrain required must be deter-
mined by a trained specialist 1 .
Contains natural rubber latex
(elastodiene) which can cause skin
irritation in persons with an allergy. Take
off the support if you notice any allergic
reaction.
Contraindications
No clinically significant hypersensitive
reactions have been reported to date. If you
have any of the following conditions such
aids should only be fitted and applied after
consultation with your physician:
• Skin disorders / injuries in the relevant part
of the body, particularly if inflammation is
present. Likewise, any raised scars with
swelling, redness and excessive heat build-
up
• Impaired sensation and movement disorders
of the arms (e. g. diabetes mellitus)
• Impaired lymph drainage, including soft
tissue swellings of uncertain origin located
away from the fitted support

• Vein occlusion in the arm (arm vein
thrombosis)
Application instructions
Putting on the OmoTrain
A – Knitted section of the support,
B – Velcro straps, C – Eyelet,
D – Massage pad (Delta pad)
Fasten one the OmoTrain straps and pull it

out through the eyelet. To avoid damaging
your clothes or the OmoTrain, fasten the ends
of the strap loosely onto the strap underneath
it. Secure the knitted section onto the

fastened straps. The opening should be
pointing toward you. 3 Then guide the
affected arm through the knitted section of
the support until the shoulder is well covered.
The massage pad (Delta pad) should be
resting on the bony protuberance at front and
back of the shoulder. If this is not the case,
adjust the position of the support or the
massage pad.
Arrange both straps in a flat (without

twisting), diagonal position across the
stomach. 5 Take hold of them by inserting
your hand through the loop from the inside.
Pull the loop behind your head and slip

your arm through it. Guide the rear strap
7
across your back toward the affected arm and
secure it in place. 8 Then guide the front
strap around your abdomen toward the
affected side. Pull the strap that you
unfastened to begin with back through the
eyelet and fasten it. 9 Then tighten the
abdominal strap until the required degree of
stabilization is achieved. Fasten the end of the
strap.
Taking off the OmoTrain
Undo both straps. To avoid damaging your
clothes or the OmoTrain, fasten the ends of
the straps loosely. Slip your arm out of the
sling first, and then slip it out of the knitted
section of the support.
Cleaning instructions
Please use mild detergent and a lingerie bag.
Never expose the product to direct heat / cold.
Also observe the instructions on the sewn-in
label on the upper edge of your product. Reg-
ular care guarantees optimum effectiveness
of the product.
Refasten the massage pad after washing.
To do this, lay the OmoTrain with the straps
facing upward on the long side of the knitted
fabric. Fasten the massage pad onto the
knitted section with the long tapered end
pointing toward you.

This product is intended for
your treatment only.
Warranty
The statutory regulations of the country
of purchase apply. Please first contact the
retailer from whom you obtained the product
directly in the event of a potential claim under
the warranty. The product must be cleaned
before submitting it in case of warranty
claims. Warranty may be limited or excluded if
the instructions on how to handle and care for
the OmoTrain have not been observed.
Warranty is excluded if:
• The product was not used according to the
indication
• The instructions given by the specialist were
not observed
• The product was modified arbitrarily
Duty to report
Due to regional legal regulations, you are
required to immediately report any serious
incident involving the use of this medical
device to both the manufacturer and the
responsible authority. Our contact details can
be found on the back of this brochure.
Disposal
Once you have finished using the product,
please dispose of it according to local
specifications.
