Install hitch – Raise the hitch into position and insert into vehicle
frame, align holes in hitch bracket to the bolt holes from the
impact bar.
Install hitch – Remove pullwires, install conical washers (teeth
side toward hitch) and nuts, see Figure 1. Place towhook on top
of bracket near the left side of the hitch, align the holes in the
towhook with the holes in the bracket and reinstall the fasteners
removed earlier and torque to 59 Ft.Lb. (80 N*M).

Install hitch – Using the supplied pullwires install the carriage
bolts and spacers into the vehicle frame through the access hole,
see Figure 2, and through the hitch and vehicle frame.
Tighten all ½"-13 Gr 8 fasteners with torque wrench to 110
Ft.Lb. (150 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
