The Mio ® medical device organizer holds various devices used throughout endoscopic
procedure(s). It provides three pouches and helps maintain storage and organization of
the various devices used throughout endoscopic procedure(s).

ARNINGS AND RECAUTIONS
• This product contains three plastic pouches. It should never be used underneath
or covering a patient's head as suffocation could result.
Avoid product contact with direct electrical current (e.g., hot snares).
•
• Maximum weight capacity is .25kg.
• Do not attempt to reuse, reprocess, refurbish, remanufacture or resterilize this
device. STERIS Endoscopy did not design this device nor is it intended to be
reused, reprocessed, refurbished, remanufactured, or resterilized. Performing
such activities on this disposable medical device presents a safety risk to patients
(i.e. compromised device integrity, cross-contamination, infection).

IRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Open the peel pouch and unfold the device using acceptable medical technique.
2. Peel the adhesive tape tab from the backside of the device and secure the Mio
medical device organizer to the desired surface and location (such as the
countertop, the endoscopic trolley, beneath the gurney mattress, or over the
gurney's side rail).
3. Place/temporarily house endoscopic devices into any or all of the three pouches
throughout the procedure.

After use, this product may be a potential biohazard which presents a risk of
cross-contamination. Handle and dispose of in accordance with accepted
medical practice and applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
