22.2.1 - Service – Orders
Shows the list of all orders "loaded" status (loaded by an operator, waiting for withdrawal by the customer).
Actions and information available:

ID associated with the order (used by the manager, e.g. online shopping code, ticket code,
etc.)
The order loading code
The order unloading code
The baskets associated with the order.
The baskets with errors are highlighted in red.
The "errors" can be for example:

The basket is disabled

The basket is empty (even if the order is loaded)

The basket contains another order
Allows you to cancel the order (see "Procedures - Order not collected" on the following
pages)
Allows you to add a new basket to the order (see chapter "Procedures - Adding basket" on
the following pages)
Allows you to cancel a basket from the order (see chapter "Procedures - Remove basket"
on the following pages)
