5. Replace the gear and tighten the grub screw (M4x10).
When refitting the gear ensure that the grub screw engages on the flat of
the potentiometer shaft and the rotational position of the pot shaft is
correct. (see diagram below)
6. Refit the throttle cover and cable joint plate with 6off Security screw
(M5x10).
Note: When engaging the grip base and the spur gear, the grub screw (M4x10)
of the spur gear should be positioned at the upper side (vertical) when the
throttle is wide open.
Note: After re-assembly and refitting in to the bike, ensure that the game
is re-initialized before normal game play.
