5-2 Fitting the Header Assembly

The Header Assembly has a forward centre of gravity, so it is important
that at least two people are used to fit or remove the Header Assembly.
The fitting position of the Header Assembly is very high, and it is
important that a means of reaching the height safely, without stretching, is
available. (e.g. steps, step stools etc.)
1. Place the Header Assembly on top of the monitor cabinet and slide it
backwards so that the header base engages in the retainer bracket.
2. Fit the three Hex head screws (M6x30), flat and spring washers.
3. Remove 4off Pozi head screws (M5x12), and remove the connector cover.
4. Connect the connector.
5. Refit the connector cover with the 4off Pozi head screws (M5x12).
