• Portare il ponte alla massima altezza e serrare a fondo le viti sva-
sate delle piastre
• Andare in appoggio su una tacca dell'asta asolata (staccando l'ali-
mentazione pneumatica ed effettuando la manovra di discesa)
• Verifi care il livello dell'olio (con ponte a terra) ed il corretto aggan-
cio – sgancio del martelletto di appoggio
• Prima di utilizzare il ponte togliere la piastra di installazione (fi g. 24).
• Chiudere con la copertura centrale; serrare le viti fi no a deformare
la rondella come in fi g. 25A.
• Move lift up to the max. height, and tighten plate countersunk head
screws.
• Cut off air feed, and perform down motion so as to lay lift onto one
notch of slotted rod.
• Check for oil level (with the lift down), and for correct engagement–
release of latch.
• Before using the lift, remove the installation plate (fi g. 24).
• Close central guard; tighten the screws until bending the washer
as shown. (fi g. 25A)
• Die Hebebühne auf die max. Höhe fahren und die Senkschrauben
der Platten bis zum Anschlag anziehen.
• Auf einer der Kerben des Lochstabs ablegen (die Druckluftversor-
gung abschalten und ein Absenkmanöver durchführen).
• Den Ölpegel (bei Hebebühne auf dem Boden) und das korrekte
Ein- und Aushaken des Aufl agesperrhebels überprüfen.
• Vor dem Einsatz der Hebebühne muss die Installationsplatte (Abb.
24) entfernt werden.
• Die Mittelabdeckung schließen; die Schrauben so lange anziehen,
bis die Unterlegscheibe wie abgebildet, verformt resultiert (Abb.
25A).
• Porter le pont à la hauteur maximum et serrer à fond les vis
évasées des plaques
• Aller en appui sur l'une des encoches de la fi ge avec fente (en
enclenchant l'alimentation pneumatique et en effectuant la
manœuvre de descente)
• Vérifi er le niveau d'huile (avec le pont au sol) et son accrochage –
déclenchement du martelet d'appui
• Avant d'utiliser le pont, retirer la plaque d'installation (fi g. 24).
• Fermer avec la couverture centrale; serrer les vis jusqu'à déformer
la rondelle comme illustré à la fi gure (fi g. 25A).
• Colocar el puente a la altura máxima y apretar completamente los
tornillos de cabeza gota de sebo a las placas
• Apoyarse en una muesca de la barra de ranuras (desconectando
el suministro de aire y efectuando la maniobra de bajada)
• Comprobar el nivel del aceite (con el puente a nivel del piso) y el
enganche – desenganche correcto del trinquete
• Antes de utilizar el puente, quitar la placa de instalación (fi g. 24.).
• Cerrar con la cobertura central; apretar los tornillos hasta deformar
la arandela como indica la fi gura (fi g. 25A).
6.3 Montaggio bracci
Montare i bracci nel seguente modo:
- fi ssare con le otto viti (B) la guida mobile (C);
- fi ssare con la vite (D) lo stelo (E).
6.3 Arm fi tting
Fit the arms as follows:
- fasten mobile guide (C) with the eight screws (B);
- fasten rod (E) with screw (D).
6.3 Montage der Arme
Die Arme folgendermaßen montieren:
- mit den acht Schrauben (B) an der beweglichen Führung (C)
befestigen;
- den Schaft (E) mit der Schraube (D) befestigen.
6.3 Montage bras
Monter les bras de la façon suivante :
- fi xer avec les huit vis (B) le guide mobile (C) ;
- fi xer avec la vis (D) la tige (E).
6.3 Montaje brazos
Montar los brazos de la siguiente manera:
- fi jar con los ocho tornillos (B) la guía móvil (C);
- fi jar el vástago (E) con el tornillo (D).
