7.2.4 Stove maintenance
Must be carried out at least once a year, or each
time the stove indicates that maintenance is
required.
During the maintenance operation, the technician
must:
A) Open the door (1) remove the upper panel (2),
unscrew and remove the upper panel (3) (Fig. 7.2.1)
B) Remove the refractors from the fire chamber and
remove ash residue (Fig. 7.2.2)
C) Remove the upper boiler caps and remove ash
residue (Fig. 7.2.3)
D) Remove the side refractor supports (Fig. 7.2.4)
E) Remove the smoke fan chamber caps (Fig. 7.2.5)
F)
Remove ash residue (Fig. 7.2.6)
G) Re-fit all the components in reverse order
H) check the condition and tightness of all seals
I)
check the condition and cleanliness of all internal
components
J)
check the tightness and cleanliness of the connection
of the flue to the stove
K) remove all pellet residue remaining in the pellet tank
L)
check that the stove is operating properly
M) reset any warnings and alarms (the manual reset
thermostats are at the back of the stove next to the
power cable outlet).
N) Check the correct functioning of the door lock spring
as shown in Fig. 7.2.7
