Soap System Troubleshooting
Soap Pump Box Removal
1. Disconnect barrel plug and circuit plug from
soap pump box.
2. Remove #4 screw from soap pump box lower
flange.
3. Open soap box pump door by lifting up on the
door and rotating outward.
4. Unhook the base of the peristaltic tube from
the soap pump box.
5. Slide the soap pump box down and remove
from the soap tank.
Reverse steps to reattach.
Problem
No soap dispensing from soap
spout.
Soap is dispensing at an angle
from soap tip nozzle.
Small amount of soap
dispensing from the soap spout.

Cause
Soap pump needs to be
primed.
Soap tank is empty.
Soap supply tube is clogged.
Transformer is unplugged.
Barrel plug or circuit plug are
not connected to the soap
box pump.
Buildup of soap on the soap
tip nozzle.
Soap viscosity levels are
higher than recommended.

See step 9 for instructions on priming the soap pump.
Open soap cover and fill soap tank. See step 9 for instructions on
filling the soap tank.
Remove trap cover. Disconnect supply tube from peristaltic tube.
Open soap cover. Disconnect supply tube from soap tube elbow
fitting. Remove debris from soap supply tube. Reattach soap
supply tube and activate dispenser 8-12 times to prime (soap can
be manually primed by opening soap pump box door and pressing
on peristaltic tube).
Plug transformer into electrical outlet.
Connect barrel plug or circuit plug to soap box pump.
Wipe down soap tip nozzle with warm water and remove any debris
from nozzle tip.

Dilute soap in the tank with water or remove soap from the tank
and fill with soap that is within the correct viscosity range.
