8.4 CALIBRATE THE HCS HUMIDISTAT

1. The precise humidity must be known to adjust the humidistat.
2. Turn the dial and point it to the known humidity in the area.
3. Use a screw driver to remove the lid from the humidistat.
4. Use an allen key (1mm) to adjust the humidistat on in the inside and turn the screw from high to low value until the humidistat triggers.
Calibration screw - turn clockwise to reduce the value and counter-clockwise to increase the value.
The calibration must be performed every third year, regardless of the unit's operation time.
