REGULATION BY SENSOR or BY VACUUM SWITCH

Vacuum plants fitted with the PROCOM-2 or CYCLIC 2020 are regulated by a 4/20mA analogue sensor which
measures pressures in ABSOLUTE terms and can transmit the values to the monitors selected by the user, in
either RELATIVE or ABSOLUTE mode. This measurement principle means that plants can be installed at any
altitude without the need to make corrections.
Plants equipped with the MILLENIUM are regulated by a 0-10V analogue sensor which measures pressures
in RELATIVE terms. They must be set according to where they are installed, using the values in the table
below.
Note: for the PROCOM-2, the CYCLIC 2020 or the MILLENIUM, the analogue sensor is backed up by mechanical
vacuum switches fitted as a safety measure, which must be set according to the altitude at which they are
used. The standard value release: -450 mbar.

It should be noted that vacuum pump flow rates vary according to the altitude at which they are installed
and the temperature of the air pumped.

On the framework:
 The vacuum pumps mounted on the trays/draws (E65 to E300),
 suction and exhaust collectors,
 electrical housing,
 antibacterial filtration.
The vacuum pumps may be removed and placed on the ground by one person using the optional bracket,
mounted on the framework and a chain hoist for HOSPIVAC V3 E65 to E300.
Use of the bracket is strictly reserved for the removal of the pumps. It must never be used
to pull or drag other units.
The maximum bearable load is 250 kg. The chain hoist must be able to bear loads between
250 and 500 kg. We advise the use of a chain hoist able to bear 500 kg
