Anchor mixer
Vessel has an anchor mixer with sanitary Teflon wipers, which facilitates the
product homogenization and heat transmission.

Homogenizer
The lower stirring system consists of a homogenizer (micronizer), which allows
performing the following operations:
- Product homogenization
- Work as recirculation pump during manufacturing process
- Work as cleaning pump during CIP
HOMOGENIZER
Recirculation without shearing should only last a short period of time
since during said period the liquid will not circulate during the
underlying dispersion stage and the temperature can rise a great deal in
a short amount of time.
