SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
Observe the maintenance instructions conscientiously. Oils and greasy of credited
commercial marks should be used that belong together with the specifications.
The time that the dumper is under conditions of working, depends fundamentally in the
way of treating it during the service, because the march security and its useful life, are
the result of a regular and careful maintenance.
In the event of mishaps, non solve, you will go to our shops of service, or to our
representative, indicating the chassis number or of the machine.

RENOVATION RHYTHM
A.- ENGINE
Follow the suitable Norms of Maintenance in the manual of instructions that is attached.
B.- MACHINE
B.1.- Ater the first 50 working hours

Not to force the motor and to avoid to take advantage of to the maximum the
benefits of the machine

Verify the absence of eventual losses of hydraulic oil, liquid of controls or oils of
the motor, of the transmissions, etc.

Verify and to adjust in their case, the screws, rings and other fixation elements.

Verify the level of oil of the motor and of the hydraulic circuit, and to stuff in their
case.

Verify and to change the gas-oil filter.
-
Verify and to stuff in their case the differentials oil.
-
Verify and to stuff in their case the reduction gear
-
Verify and to stuff in their case the liquid of controls
B.2. - Each 250 working hours.

Repeat the procedure fixed for the first 50 working hours

Verify the career in hole of the control pedal

Verify the career of the hand control
B.3. - Each 500 working hours.

MAINTENANCE
B.4. - After every day of work.

Grease the points of lubrication

Control the level of fluid in the hydraulic circuit

Verify the state of the tires

Control the effectiveness of the control of service

Correct the anomalies that have shown during the day.
Special attention will be paid to the recommendations of the following square:
