GENERAL NORMS OF SECURITY
A. - OF GENERAL CHARACTER
•
The DUMPER should only be used by authorized personnel and with the enough
preparation and knowledge of its operation. The operator should be noticed
previously of the possible risks that can be derived of its use.
•
The dumper should not be used for another function different from which has
been manufactured.
•
To avoid the approach of people to the area of work of the machine, prohibiting
their permanency in the influence area, while it is working.
•
The operator should be appropriately dress to drive the dumper, including the
means of personal protection that are necessary, in each work or work, in order
to guarantee his security.
•
Our production machines are fitted with safety belts, rotating beacon and reverse
signal alarm, in accordance with the provisions set out in the directives
concerning safety in machines.
•
According to 2000/14EC on noise levels, the level of noise permitted for dumpers
is 95 Db and 89 Db for forklift trucks.
B. – START UP/ DISPLACEMENT
•
Before starting up the engine, make sure that the gear switch is in zero position.
•
Carry out a confirmation of the elements of security of the DUMPER before
starting it
•
Not let anybody except to the driver get in to the dumper.
•
Not transport people on the fenders, neither in the right side of the dumper.
•
Not get in or get off the dumper while it is in movement. The operator won't work
from an external position to its conduction position.
•
Before circulating with the dumper, inspect the conditions of the land and make
sure that enough space exists for the step, as much in width as in height
•
Make sure that obstacles don't exist in the area of movement of the dumper,
especially driving must be carried out behind.

SECURITY
•
Not start up, stop or rotate abruptly with the quick motor. Make these operations
with the motor to drops revolutions.
•
Drive with slow speed in smeared, slippery or inclined places.
•
ALWAYS go up the slopes driving toward before. When lowering the slope to
drive slowly it goes behind, using the control pedal.
percentage with loaded hopper is 38%.
•
To prevent the risk of lateral overturn, not to rotate neither to cross in the lands in
slope.
•
In the model HDA, the circulation will be carried out with the elevation arms in
refolded position.
•
In the model HDG, before starting the machine, make sure that the chute is
anchored in the wing with the corresponding system.
•
Maintain the distances of security, so much of other machines in movement, as
of obstacles that can cause situations of danger.
•
When abandoning the dumper, you should get off the chute and the shovel,
remove the contact key and put the hand control.
•
If one leaves the dumper parked, put on the hand brake. If you stops the
machine in a land with marked slope, it is necessary to put some chucks to the
front wheels.
•
Always circulate with the hopper in his low position.
C. – LOAD AND UNLOAD
•
Control the weight of the load transported for not exceeding the allowed
maximum capacity of load. ATTENTION. - Never allow extra load.
•
Not to lift the hopper with the dumper starting. Avoid abrupt manoeuvres to
prevent displacements of the load, especially when this is mash, and you
circulates for lands with traverse slope.
•
In the model HDA, the arms of elevation of the hopper, should be in low position,
facilitating the stability of the machine.
•
Not to make unloading in slope, to avoid risks of overturns. Special attention will
be had in the unloading of the models HDA and HDG, when one must carry out
in lands in slope.
