2.7 How to replace and adjust some elements

WARNING!
Elements replacement and adjustment work is classed as non-routine
maintenance, meaning it must be carried out by an authorized installer.
Before starting any repair or maintenance work, you must switch off the appliance
at the main power source in order to avoid any electrical contacts.
Close the water and gas supply taps too.
WARNING!
The components that have been protected must not be manipulated or adjusted by
operators, installers or end users.
Remember to restore and put back the seals, sealants and sheathing inserted,
before finishing the work.
Thermostat replacement
Thermostat bulbs are located in the cooking chamber,
on the left, behind the pans supports:
• open the oven left side panel;
• unscrew the stuffing
thermostat wires, remove the wires and unscrew the
holding of the security thermostat and the screws of
the cooking thermostat which can be find behind the
control panel;
• put the bulbs back in place making sure the capillary
wires in the cooking chamber are at least 3 cm long,
re-establish the electrical connections.
Door seal
The seal is press-fitted, therefore it must be removed by pulling it and refitted by pressing in again
(Fig.11) .
