Disconnecting the Unit from a tyre
The unit can be disconnected from the tyre's valve by
firmly pulling the Nozzle away from the valve.
Removing the hose
Remove the Hose from Fumpa by pushing in the ring
located on the elbow connector and (at the same
time) pull the hose out (refer Figure 5). Replacing the
hose or adding the extension hose (sold separately) is
achieved by firmly pushing the hose back into the
elbow connector.
Troubleshooting
Fumpa won't turn
on
Fumpa is warm to
touch
Display on unit
flashes repeatedly
Fumpa is making a
noise like a siren.
Air escapes from
around the Nozzle
If the unit behaves unexpectedly, please turn the unit
off and contact info@fumpapumps.com.
Fumpa is powered via a rechargeable lithium battery.
Fumpa includes battery protection circuitry to ensure
safe operation of the battery. For a once-a-week user,
the battery should last a number years.
Battery requires charging.
This is normal. If the unit
becomes very hot, turn the
unit off and allow it to cool.
The unit needs time to cool
down. Wait a few minutes
for the unit to cool.
Turn the unit off, wait 10
seconds, then turn it back
on.
A new Seal inside the Nozzle
is required. Go to
http://www.fumpapumps.co
m for new seal sales.
Battery
Only charge Fumpa via USB connection.
Once fully charged, disconnect it from the
charger.
Battery replacement should only be carried
out by trained technicians. Do not open
the unit.
The Fumpa comes complete with a twelve month
warranty on all parts. We will repair possible faults to
your unit free of charge within the warranty period, as
long as the faults are caused by material defects or
defective workmanship. Warranty claims should be
