The display shows various information regarding the current tightening operation.
Menu 1 which is subdivided into three parts (left, center, right) varies with the contents shown on the
display. The individual menu functions can then be executed by pushing the corresponding operator keys
(left, center, right).

Improper execution of service work!
Injuries / damage to property!
The hand-held nutrunners have undergone fatigue testing for 500,000 tightening cycles (2-level
tightening process where nuts are tightened using the maximum torque) and they are maintenance-free.
Maintenance
To increase the operating life of the nutrunner we recommend a preventive maintenance by Bosch Rexroth
AG in Murrhardt after these cycles have been completed.
Inspection
We recommend including the hand-held nutrunner into the user-specific quality manual.
10 Decommissioning
Proceed as follows to decommission the hand-held nutrunner:

Display and application keys
Do not touch the display with sharp-edged objects.
Avoid knocking on the display.

Maintenance and repair
All service work and particularly safety-relevant work should only be performed by qualified
personnel.
Rexroth recommends that you contact Rexroth Service in this case, see chapter "Service and
sales" on page 39.
Wait at least 60 seconds before switching the tightening system on again after decommissioning.
Put the program selector to its center position.
Remove the battery; see page 246 figure 4.
The display of the hand-held nutrunner goes out after a stopping time of approx. 20 seconds.
