01. Attention

Before starting the unit you must read, take into consideration and comply with all the
indications described in this Manual.
This manual must be kept in a safe place, accessible to all users of the unit.
The unit must be started and handled exclusively by personnel instructed in its use and must be
employed only for the purpose for which it was designed.
Likewise, accident prevention standards, regulations, work centre directives and current legisla-
tion and restrictions must be taken into consideration at all times.
The logotypes of SAGOLA and other SAGOLA products mentioned in this manual, are registered
trademarks or brand names of the company SAGOLA S.A.U.

02. Introduction

The equipment you have in your possession, and within the SAGOLA product range, belongs to
the family of equipment that treats compressed air through a paint spray gun.
The PACK 6000X AIR HEATER leaves the factory with "default" settings and is suitable for hea-
ting compressed air for any industrial purpose.
Main characteristics:
• Maximum pressure up to 7 bar of dry, clean air (based on pre-treatment).
• Minimum consumption of 150 L/min. and a maximum of 750 L/min.
• Maximum nominal temperature of 70°C
Higher temperatures, greater flow rates and higher pressures can be attai-
ned following prior consultation to SAGOLA S.A.U.
One of its main applications is to supply the com-
pressed air used in painting processes at a cons-
tant temperature, regardless of the environmental
conditions.
The use of this equipment provides an optimal sur-
face quality finish, whilst maintaining a constant
temperature in the compressed air, as required for
the application of certain types of products.
