4.4 Vibrations
The vibrations produced are minimal and do not represent a source of
danger for the operator. The levels have, however, been determined in
accordance with ISO 5349.
No particular procedures must be adopted in order to safeguard
the operator from the effects of the vibrations produced. In the
event of abnormal vibrations, the operator should immediately
stop the machine and contact maintenance personnel.

The machine may also be operated out of doors providing the surface
is asphalted, concreted or similar and dry. The machine is not suitable
for operating in environments at risk from fire or explosion.
The machine may not be used in areas with an

atmosphere
components or equipment designed to operate in
explosive atmospheres must be indicated with the
(ATEX) mark in accordance with EN 60079-14
Use of machines with internal combustion engine in
closed or poorly ventilated environments (e.g.
greenhouses, warehouses, workshops, stalls, vertical
covered silos, etc) and the resulting combustion
fumes given off from the exhaust represent a risk of
intoxication and may cause injury or death.
The machine may not be used in areas where an IP
protection level of more than 33 is required.
4.7 Guards
All dangerous areas are closed with guards and protective devices
fixed to the chassis with screws making all hazardous areas
inaccessible to the operator. There is one removable guard, the hinged
door on the cowling to access the engine for starting or filling with fuel.
This opening has been designed in such a way as to prevent access to
dangerous parts.
4.8 Safety devices
The machine is not fitted with an independent lighting system.

given below.
5.2 Installation
IMPORTANT - Before proceeding with installation
read the following warnings carefully.
Failure to observe the following warnings could
cause injury, death or damage to equipment.
Models with internal combustion engine 650 STH and 850 STH are
delivered with the side brush dismounted for packing reasons. Before
use, the side brush must be attached and the machine filled with fuel.
Block the side brush support at an angle by pressing the
pedal on the right.
