Unscrew the ring nut blocking the drive wheel on the other
side closing the brush;
After removing the ring, lift the drive wheel;
Remove the brush from the pulley drive wheel and replace
with the new brush, inserting it in the drive wheel.

Flaps
After removing the debris collection bin (and the batteries in the case
of model 650-850 ET) tilt the machine. Replace the flaps:
Side flaps and fixed rear flap:
Unscrew the screws fixing the flap retainer to the chassis of
the machine by loosening the lock nuts on the inside;
Remove the cable;
Remove the flap retainer;;
Replace the worn flaps with the new ones;

This must be done whenever you notice the clutch is slipping.

To replace the clutch cable, proceed as follows:
To guarantee efficient maintenance, the Manufacturer recommends
that only the original spare parts listed in the annexed spare parts
booklet should be used.
When ordering spare parts, specify the model of the machine,
registration number, reference number of the component in the spare
parts book and quantity.
Replace the flap retainer and fasten in place with the
screws removed previously.

Remove the flaps raising cable after releasing the cable

Replace the worn flap with the new one;

Tensioning the clutch cable
Remove the cowling by unscrewing the screws;
Unscrew the screw lock nut;
Slacken the tensioning screw at the end of the sheath to
tension the cable.

Replacing the clutch cable
Remove the cable clamp on the brake;
Remove the cable as far as the clutch lever;
Grease the new cable;
Thread the cable into the cable clamp pin on the clutch
lever;
Thread the cable into the housing on the clutch shaft.
