3. RULES OF USE
The workout bench is used to perform exercises on it
for different parts of the body and at different levels of
difficulty.

3.2. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
Always operate the unit on a level, stable, clean, fireproof
and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons
of impaired mental, sensory and intellectual functions,
keeping a free space around the device measuring the
width of the unfolded arms.

a)
Screw the transverse beam E to the vertical beams
A and B in a perpendicular way.
b)
Make sure that the vertical beams are not placed
inverted.
c)
FOR MODEL GR-TB 52: The vertical beams consist
of two parts which makes it possible to adjust the
height of the beam. Place plastic bushings in the
beam with the base at the bottom [1] and insert the
barbell support beam extension at the top [2].

Insert the adjustment rod D into the holes in the
vertical beams at the desired height.
e)
Screw the main crossbar F to the top of the front
beam C and the middle of the crossbar E.
f)
For security, screw the support beam P diagonally to
the beams F and C.

Align the holes in the support beams J with the holes
at the top and bottom of the backrest, then screw one
of the support beams J to the brace J1 on beam F.

Screw the other J-beam to the other end of the
brace. Tighten all the screws.

Place the seat H on the mounting brackets F1 and
screw in place.

Screw the foot press G to the front beam C. Make
sure that the screws are not too tight, which would
prevent the press from moving.

Attach the arms of the foot press K.

Screw the mounting bracket [1] separately to the
front beam and to the seat.
