Mount the rail arches (30) by screwing them to
the angle frames (1L/1R) and to the connecting
plates (18) by means of the screws (S17 + S12).

Make sure there is no offset in the
transition between the guide rails. If ne-
cessary, slightly adjust the arch ends.

pair (14L/14R) at the rear can be carried out in two
assembly versions, depending on the material condi-
tions.
NOTICE
The anchor rail (27) must be divided
with regard to the entire suspension
The anchor rail (27) is intended to be
used for all suspensions and must be
cut into the required sections with for-
ward planning.

of the garage is up to max. width of basic dimen-
sion + 1030 mm for a central installation of the

rail (27), measure the required length and shorten the
anchor rail (27) accordingly. In doing so, note that ap-
prox. 200 mm have to be added to the required
measurement for the attachment on the wall. This
space will later remain in the rail connector (6) and
provide for the required stability. In a next step,
mount the rail clip (29) on one end of the anchor
rail (27). While screwing it on, make sure the rail clip
is able to move freely. Then mount the connection
angle (28) to the other end. Use the screws (S6 +
S12) for assembly. On the side of the wall mounting,
completely slide the pre-assembled anchor rail (27)
into the rail connector (6).

Using the screws (S6 + S12), mount the rail
connector (6) to one corner connection bracket (20)
of both rail pairs (14L/14R). It is best to use the upper
hole for the screw connection. Exception: The drive
requires the lower hole for assembly.

Fold up the rail connector (6) to the opposite
corner connecting bracket (20) and fasten it with the
screws (S6 + S12). Then insert another screw (S6 +
S12) on the other side.

Pull out the pre-assembled anchor rail (27)
from the rail connector (6) and screw the pre-as-
sembled anchor rail (27) to the garage wall by means
the
rail
of the screws (S8) and the respective wall plugs (S9).
Only fasten the rail clip (29) lightly. It should still be
possible to shift the anchor rail (27) in order to align it
diagonally afterwards.
Procedure (B) for ceiling mounting if internal
width of the garage exceeds width of basic di-
mension + 1030 mm for a central installation of
the door:

Using the screws (S6 + S12), mount the rail
connector (6) to one corner connection bracket (20)
of both rail pairs (14L/14R). It is best to use the upper
hole for the screw connection. Exception: The drive
requires the lower hole for assembly.

corner connecting bracket (20) and fasten it with the
screws (S6 + S12). Then insert another screw (S6 +
S12) on the other side.

Mount the ceiling suspension that has been
shortened accordingly. The ceiling suspension con-
sists of the anchor rail (27), the connection angle (28)
and the screws (S6 + S12). Only fasten the screws
lightly to be able to align the system afterwards. Then
use two screws each (S6 + S12) to mount the pre-as-
sembled ceiling suspension to the corner connection
brackets (20).

Then use the screws (S8) and the suitable
plugs (S9) to mount the ceiling suspension to the gar-
age ceiling.
The subsequent assembly steps are identical for
wall mounting and ceiling mounting.

Measure the diagonals of both horizontal door
guide rails. To do so, select the same reference
points for both sides. Both diagonals need to have
the same value to ensure a smooth door movement
with low friction. If required, also check the horizontal
alignment of the rail pair by means of a spirit level.
Only then tighten the screws on the suspension and
on the tail end (16L/16R).

As described below, pre-assemble two ceiling
suspensions consisting of the anchor rail (27), the
connection angle (28) and the screws (S6 + S12).

rally on the rail pair (14L/14R) and by turning it into
position.
These assembly, operation and maintenance instructions must be kept for the entire period of use!
