Troubleshooting
When the robot is working improperly, the power or recharging indicator may blink red or stay on, or when an error
occurs, the robot may issue a voice prompt. Please refer to the following table to resolve the resulting issues.
Voice Prompt/Symptom
Check if the radar has been obstructed
and move the robot to a new place to
start it.
Front collision sensor error: Check if the
sensor is stuck.
Cliff sensor error: Clean the cliff sensor
and start the robot away from the area
of danger.
Roller brush error: Check if the roller
brush is stuck.
Left or right drive wheel error: Check if
the drive wheel is stuck.
The water tank or its cover has been
removed.
The battery is low: Recharge the robot
before using again.
Fan error: Check if the robot air duct is
blocked.
Radar error: Check if the radar is stuck
or restart the robot.
Battery error: Restart the robot.
Possible Cause
The lidar is blocked or stuck.
The collision sensor is stuck.
The cliff sensor is triggered after the
robot is started.
The roller brush is stuck.
The drive wheel is stuck.
The water tank or its cover has been
removed.
The battery is low during cleaning.
Fan error.
The lidar is stuck.
Battery error during charging.

Solution
Remove the objects causing the
obstruction or move the robot to an
open place to restart it.
Remove foreign objects around the
bumper or move the robot away.
Wipe the cliff sensor and move the
robot to a flat and open place to start
it.
Clean the roller brush or move the
robot.
Clean the drive wheel or move the
robot.
Replace the water tank and filter
screen and confirm that the filter screen
and water tank have been installed
properly.
The battery is low: Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
robot again.
Try to power off the robot and restart it.
The lidar is pressed or stuck. Move the
robot to a new place and start it.
The battery temperature is too high
or too low. Please wait for the battery
temperature to return to normal before
restarting the robot.
