Possible Cause
1. The battery is low.

Solution
1. Charge the robot before use.
2. Ensure that the working temperature
of the robot is between 0°C–40°C.
1. Ensure that the power supply has
been connected to the charging base.
2. Clean the electrode pads of the
charging base.
3. Eliminate the poor contact caused
by foreign objects and try to reposition
the robot manually.
1. Try again after placing the charging
base in an open area or placing the
robot close to the charging base.
2. Connect the power supply to the
charging base.
3. Check and clean the roller brush and
robot bottom.
Wipe and clean the wall sensor.
Power off the robot and restart it.
Power off the robot and clear the
foreign objects.
Clean the water tank and filter screen
in a timely manner.
Scheduled cleaning can start only
when the remaining power is greater
than 30%: Please charge the robot
daily.
