Fixing brackets
You must place the unit on a stable and smooth surface (you can use the packaging). Do
-
not apply force to the buttons protruding from the hob.
Set the bracket position to adapt to the thickness of the worktop. Fig. 7
-
Secure the hob to the worktop by screwing the four brackets located on the interior part of
-
the hob (Fig. 8) after placing it on the worktop.

Warnings
Brackets should not, under any circumstance, touch the interior surfaces of the worktop

after installation. Fig. 7
It is recommended that qualified personnel or technicians install the hob. You should not
-
install it on your own.
You should not install the hob near cooling devices, dishwashers and dryers.

The hob must be installed in a manner that ensures the best heat radiation to obtain the
-
best results.
The wall and the area over the work surface must withstand the heat.
-
To avoid any damage, the bonding layer and the adhesive must be heat resistant.

You should not use steam cleaners.

Connection to the mains

The power supply must be connected in accordance with the relevant regulations, or with a
single-pole residual current circuit breaker. The connection method is shown in Fig. 9
If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the supplier or similarly
-
qualified personnel in order to avoid a hazard.
If the appliance is connected directly to the mains, a single-pole residual current circuit
-
breaker with a minimum contact separation of 3 mm must be installed.
The person in charge of the installation must ensure that a correct electrical connection
-
has been made and that it complies with safety regulations.
