Espresso coffee preparation

NOTE
Filter holders 9 shall always be inserted in the group heads in
order to be maintained at the right temperature. This allows to
obtain a constant, high-quality coffee.
Coffee preparation:
• Remove the filter holder and
take care not to touch hot metal
parts.
• Clean the filter from coffee re-
mains.
• Fill the filter holder with freshly
ground coffee (1 coffee dose for
single filter – 2 coffee doses for
double filter). Tamp the coffee
firmly with the special tamper
and clean the filter ring in order
to remove any coffee remains
and insert the filter holder into
the group.
• Insert the filter holder tightly
until it locks and press the re-
quested automatic dose coffee
switch P1-P2-P4-P5.

Avoid placing your hands under
the groups when the unit is ope-
rating. Do not touch metal parts
of the brewing groups or filter
holders because they can cause
burning.
