ADJUSTING THE SIDE BROOM:
If you notice that the side broom no longer directs debris towards the central broom, it is necessary to adjust
its height as follows:
Holding the side broom in a raised position, unscrew the Allen key inside one of the adjusting holes Detail 2
Fig. 9 and place it inside the lower hole .
DEBRIS HOPPER
Every 50/60 hours of operation, or whenever necessary, clean the debris hopper Detail 1 Fig. 6 and the
3 plastic containers using hot water and possibly common detergent to avoid any bacterial growth (wear
rubber gloves).
GENERAL RULE: For the correct and long-lasting operation of the machine, keep the exterior
body clean, as well as the interior, under the hood by blowing compressed air (this operation
must be carried out with the motor off and cold).
REPLACING THE CENTRAL BROOM:
(this operation must be carried out using gloves, mask to protect the respiratory tract, 10/17 mm keys , with
the motor off) .
1 - Disassemble the left side (on the driver's side) Part. 1 (LT) Fig. 17, by simply lifting it out of the
bayonet joints .
2 - Unscrew the two clamping screws from the semi-arm Detail 4 Fig. 17 .
3 - Unscrew the three screws that surround the side casing Detail 5 Fig. 17 .
4 - Slide off the side broom Detail 6 Fig. 17 and replace it, being careful of the direction of the bristles,
which must be set up as in Figure 17 .
5 - To complete assembly, repeat the operations in reverse order .
6 - Adjust the height of the new broom (see paragraph "Central Broom Adjustment") .
