CHAPTER 17 - EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
IN ANY EMERGENCY SITUATION YOU MAY FIND YOURSELF IN, FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU HAVE INADVERTENTLY
DRIVEN THE MACHINE OVER POWER CABLES SET UP ALONG THE FLOOR, WHICH HAVE TANGLED AROUND
THE CENTRAL OR SIDE BROOM, OR IF YOU CAN HEAR AN UNUSUAL NOISE FROM INSIDE THE MACHINE OR
MOTOR, OR IF INCANDESCENT MATERIALS OR FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS, CHEMICAL MATERIALS IN GENERAL,
POISONS, ETC . HAVE BEEN COLLECTED .
YOU MUST:
Proceed at the emergency stop as described in "CHAPTER 8 - CONTROL STATION AND EMERGENCY STOP" .
CHAPTER 18 - TROUBLESHOOTING
There are essentially two problems that can happen with sweepers, i .e .: the machine produces dust during
operation, or it leaves debris on the floor; there can be many causes, but with careful use and good routine
maintenance these problems will not arise, therefore:
FAULTS
The machine produces dust.
The debris comes out of the
motor compartment
The machine leaves debris on
the floor.
The internal combustion motor
does not start up or it tends to
stop
CHAPTER 19 - WARRANTY
This machine is guaranteed against factory or monitoring defects for 12 months from the date of sale .
The warranty only and exclusively covers the replacement or repair of parts that are faulty . Any other request
will not be accepted .
Damage due to normal wear, use that differs from any intended use reported herein, damage caused by
incorrect adjustments, technical actions that have been carried out incorrectly, acts of vandalism are not
included .
CAUSES
Clogged filter .
Damaged filter .
Filter assembled incorrectly .
Damaged side washers .
The central broom is not adjusted
accordingly, or it is worn .
You have collected wires, cords
etc . . .
Damaged side washers .
The hopper is full .
Low charge battery (battery LED
don't turn on at the firs notch of
the ignition key)
The dynamo not charges the
battery (battery LED turned on
when the engine is running)
Check the motor oil level, which
must always be at the maximum
level
Make sure there is fuel

REMEDIES
Clean it by 'shaking' it with relative tools
and remove it and clean it thoroughly, as
needed .
Replace it .
Assemble it with its washer and make
sure it is installed correctly and firmly with
even force .
Adjust them or replace them .
Adjust the central broom and check its
'track' .
Remove them .
Change it/them .
Empty it out .
Change/charge the battery
Change/repair the dynamo (see
engine instruction booklet)
Top up oil
Fill up with fuel
