TREATMENT FREQUENCY
The FIX Device may be used up to 2 times a day per treatment
area, 5 days a week.
Can be used as the finishing step to your NuFACE Trinity or
Mini treatment.

Results may vary based on skin type and skin condition.
Best results are achieved with regular use.
CA R I N G FO R YO U R F I X D E V I C E
Cleaning: Slightly dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water or rubbing
alcohol to clean your device after every treatment. Do not immerse
device in water at any time.
Charging: Before first use, charge your FIX Device for 4 hours.
After being fully charged, the device shall operate for up to 40 full
3-minute treatment cycles.
Battery Care: For ideal battery life, charge your FIX Device when the
low battery indicator begins (3 rapid pulses during treatment).
Note: The rechargeable battery of the FIX Device is not removable by
the user. Use caution prior to using the device if it has been stored or
not used for an extended period of time. Inspect the device and do
not use it if there are any signs of internal battery leaks.
Important: If the device is to be disposed of, do not put into a fire.
Dispose of the device and its batteries per local regulations.
Troubleshooting: If your FIX Device is not turning ON, plug it in
and recharge device for 4 hours. If your device is still not working,
if you need assistance, if you need to report unexpected events,
or if you have any questions; please call NuFACE Client Services at
888-360-9171.

NuFACE® warrants that all NuFACE® FIX devices are free from
manufacture defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one
(1) year from the date of your original purchase. Our obligation under
this Warranty is limited to replacement of the product which will not
extend the period of your Warranty. This Warranty does not cover
damage covered by abuse, improper care, application of harmful
chemicals, product that may have been altered in any way, loss of the
device and product purchased from an unauthorized seller. NO OTHER
WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF ANY
OTHER KIND, SHALL EXIST IN RESPECT TO SUCH PRODUCT.

Must show receipt from an authorized seller as proof of purchase.
For Devices Purchased Outside of the US, International Returns and
International Warranties: For all product purchased outside of the
United States, warranty and returns are per your place of purchase—
spa, retailer or distributor. Please consult your receipt or place of
purchase for their return and warranty policy.
