3 Calculate Volume Flow 1.
a Measure the blood vessel diameter:
i On a frozen 2D image, on the Volume Flow menu, tap Diam.
ii Position the calipers by dragging.
iii Tap
b Calculate the blood velocity:
i On a frozen Doppler trace, on the Volume Flow 1 menu, tap Peak. To use a different
velocity measurement, tap
Note:
ii For Manual, trace the waveform by dragging the calipers.
To make a correction, trace backward on the dotted line.
iii For Peak or Mean, position the vertical calipers by dragging.
iv Tap
4 Calculate Volume Flow 2.
