2. Lubricate the chains (A) in the frame tunnel with
engine oil or chain lubricant spray.

3. Lubricate the pulley axles (B) for the steering wire
with grease.

To lubricate the parking brake cable

1. Remove the frame tunnel cover and the left side

cover. Refer to
tunnel cover on page 113 .
2. Push the rubber casings (A) in the direction of the
ends of the parking brake cable.
3. Lubricate the ends of the parking brake cable with
engine oil.
4. Push the parking brake pedal 3 times and lubricate
the parking brake cable again.
5. Attach the rubber casings.
6. Attach the left side cover and the frame plate.

To lubricate the belt adjuster

The belt adjuster must be lubricated regularly with a
good quality molybdenum disulphide grease.
1. Remove the lower belt cover. Refer to
the lower belt covers on page 113 .

2. Lubricate with a grease gun through the nipple at the
right side, below the lower belt pulley. Lubricate until
grease comes out of the rear side of the nipple.
3. Attach the belt cover and tighten the 5 screws.
To lubricate the belt tensioner
The belt tensioner must be lubricated regularly with a
good quality molybdenum disulphide grease.
1. Remove the cutting deck. Refer to
cutting deck on page 105 .
2. Lubricate the belt tensioner.
3. Install the cutting deck.
