between 1 1 ºC to 14 ºC.

Store the wine 1 or 2 °C cooler than the recommended drinking temperature
as it warms up a little when poured into the glass.

Full-bodied reds should be opened for 2-3 hours before drinking to allow the
wine to breathe and develop its aroma.
