1. Pull the axis bolt out of the wall mount bracket.
2. Position the spacers (item 15) on the lower leg of the wall mount
bracket.
3. Position the bracket of the cantilever arm so that the axis bolt (item 13)
can be easily inserted again.
4. Insert the axis bolt (item 13) through the wall mount bracket as well as
through the spacers (item 15) and the bracket of the cantilever arm.
5. Secure the inserted axis bolt (item 13) under the wall mount bracket
with the screws (item 21).
