Starting up
THE DETECTOR
Before use and after the device has been charged, the TEST
button must be pressed to turn it on. While the device is
detecting an electrical field or is in motion it will remain on
for at least 20 seconds. It will automatically go into sleep
mode when there is no electric field or movement.
MODE 1 is the most sensitive range.
MODE 2 is used for voltages in the second working
range.
The default operating range is MODE 1.
Press the MODE button to switch to MODE 2.

The detector will emit an intermittent audible signal and
the MODE 2 LED will light up and STAY ON.

To return to MODE 1, press the MODE button .
The detector will emit a continuous audible signal and
the MODE 1 LED will light up and STAY ON.
