Storage, Transportation, and Mounting
To prevent personal injury, always disconnect the Battery Pack before per-
forming any assembly, adjustment, or repair.
Miter Gauge Storage
(Fig. 26)
When not in use, store the Miter Gauge under
the back left side of the Table.
1. Insert the front end of the Miter Gauge 14
into the Miter Gauge Storage Slot 61 located
on the saw's rear left foot
2. Snap the Miter Gauge extrusion into the Mi-
ter Gauge Storage Clip 62
To remove the Miter Gauge 14 from its storage
location, reverse the steps above.
NOTE: The Miter Gauge Storage Clip 62 may be
stiff, requiring extra effort to fully seat or remove
the Miter Gauge extrusion. If necessary, the Mi-
ter Gauge 14 bar can be inserted or removed
one side at a time to reduce the effort required.

Push Stick Storage
(Fig. 27)
When not in use, store the Push Stick 8 in the
Push Stick Clips 63 on the Rip Fence 9.

Rip Fence Storage
(Fig. 28, Fig. 29, Fig. 30)
When not in use, store the Rip Fence 18 under
the right end of the table on the Rails 10.
1. Make sure that the Flip-Over Fence 18 is in
its storage position
2. Unlock both of the Rip Fence Lock Levers 56.
3. Remove the Rip Fence 9 from its in-use posi-
tion on the Rails 10. For more information,
see "Attaching the Rip Fence" on page 22.
4. Unlock the Rails 10 and extend them ap-
proximately 2" (50 mm) to the right of the
Table 13.
5. On the right side of the saw, hold the Rip
Fence 9 upside down under the Rails 10.
Make sure that the Flip-Over Fence 18 faces
the outside of the saw.
6. Place the Rip Fence 9 on the front and rear
Right Black Rip Fence Index Pins 59. Con-
tinue to support the Rip Fence 9.
7. Latch both Rip Fence Lock Levers 56.
8. Slide the Rip Fence 9 until it is aligned with
the edge of the Table 13. Then engage the
Rail Lock Lever 6.
