3. Squeeze the handle on the
LockStrong arm and pull up to
open.
4. Route lap belt through belt path
openings on base. BUCKLE THE
BELT.
5. The vehicle seat belt must be as
tight as possible. Using your full
weight, push the base firmly into
the vehicle seat as you tighten the
vehicle seat belt.
