7. Push infant carrier firmly into vehicle
seat pressing down near the buckle
strap between the child's legs
while removing slack from lap belt.
Repeat for shoulder belt.
8. Make sure that vehicle belt
buckle and hardware DO NOT
INTERFERE with the infant carrier.
