The MINI XTREME MIX gun is a manual MIXED gun for professional use only.
This gun can be mounted according to the working pressure: (Spring yellow up to 120 bar/1,740
psi or spring red up to 200 bar/2,900 psi).
It's a spray gun with adjustable fan pattern and a swivel fitting.
Spray gun recommended for spraying: is suitable for funds and finishes of 1K and 2K materials
in solvented or wated-based products.
09. Start-up
Before each start-up and especially after cleaning or repairing the unit, a check must be made
that all its elements are securely tightened.
If maintenance or repair work is to be carried out, the gun must be depressurised before work
begins (without air pressure). Should this safety measure not be observed, this may lead to
malfunctions, personal injury and accidents, which may prove to be fatal. SAGOLA S.A.U. does
not accept any responsibility for the consequences of any non-compliance with these safety re-
gulations.
1.- Prepare the paint (blend and filter the paint to the appropriate viscosity - refer to the material
technical data).
2.- When assembling the equipment, make sure
to connect the air hose to the air inlet must be
(clean dry air, maximum air pressure = 2 bar / 29
psi) (No.1) and the product hose to the product
conduits (No.2).
3.- Prime the pump (refer to pump instruction
manual).

4.- Select a spray nozzle refer to TIPS nozzle
chart and spring (yellow spring 120 bar / 1,740
psi or red spring 200 bar / 2,900 psi).
5.- Make sure white seal or micro-filter is in
place in the spray nozzle. (Optional)
6.- Install the spray nozzle inside the air cap
being certain the locating pins is aligned with

mating recesses of the nozzle.
7.- Unlock the security system. To do this, loosen up to the stop (No.3) (counter-clockwise).
8.- Insert the air cap with its nozzle into the retaining ring. Screw retaining ring and air cap firmly
onto the spray gun positioning the air cap to obtain the desired pattern orientation.
9.- Point the gun into a waste container and and open the gun by using the trigger until clean
material flows.
10.- Adjust the pump air pressure (red regulator) for the desired flow rate.
11.- Adjust spraying air pressure (grey regulator) until the pattern is even.
