Verankerung am Boden:
1. Schrauben Sie die Füße (C)/(M) mit den Befestigungselementen (G), (H), (I) an das Gerät (A)/(B). Gewindeverbindun-
gen mit Gewindekleber absichern.
WARNUNG!
Kanal - vor dem Verkleben fest anziehen (2a).
Geteilter Kanal - Stellen Sie vor dem Verkleben sicher, dass die Verbindung noch beweglich ist (2b).
2. Stellen Sie das Gerät an der ausgewählten Stelle auf und markieren Sie die Stellen für Löcher.
3. Bohren Sie Löcher für die Anker auf einer Mindesttiefe von 90 mm.
4. Entfernen Sie Staub von den Bohrlöchern.
5. Befestigen Sie die Stangen (D) mit einem chemischen Anker in den Bohrlöchern. Verankern Sie das Fundament streng
nach den Empfehlungen des Herstellers des chemischen Ankers, mit besonderer Sorgfalt und unter Berücksichtigung
von Montagedaten wie u.a. Bohrtiefe und -durchmesser sowie Aushärtezeit. Die Oberseite des Ankers sollte nicht mehr
als 20 mm über den Boden hinausragen. Optional können Sie mechanische M12-Anker (nicht im Set enthalten) verwe
den, die gemäß den Herstellervorgaben zu montieren sind. Die über den Boden hinausragenden Enden der Anker und
Muttern sind so abzusichern, dass Verletzungen vermieden werden.
6. Setzen Sie das Gerät nach dem Abbinden der Anker in den Boden auf die Anker und schrauben Sie es wie in der Abbil-
dung gezeigt am Boden fest. Gewindeverbindungen mit Gewindekleber absichern. Die Geräte sind so ausgelegt, dass
ihre Neigungen zum Wasserabfl uss zwischen 1% - 1,5% liegen. Dies gewährleistet eine freie Wasserableitung.
Ib
Verankerung am Boden:
1. Bauen Sie die Füße (J)/(N) zusammen: montieren Sie die Gewindestangen (K) in den entsprechenden Löchern im
Fußrohr und ziehen Sie die Muttern (L) fest.
2. Schrauben Sie die Füße (J)/(N) mit den Befestigungselementen (G), (H), (I) an das Gerät (A)/(B). Gewindeverbindun-
gen mit Gewindekleber absichern.

3. Graben Sie Löcher mit einem Durchmesser von 300 mm in einer Tiefe von 850 mm. Der Anordnung der Löcher ist im
Aufstellungsplan angegeben. Den Boden der Löcher ausgleichen und den Boden stampfen. Platzieren und stampfen Sie
am Boden eine ca. 50 mm dicke Schotterschicht.
4. Platzieren Sie das zusammengebaute Gerät so in den gegrabenen Löchern, dass die Bodenmarkierungen an den
Gerätebeinen mit dem geplanten Niveau der Spielplatzoberfl äche übereinstimmen. Befestigen Sie vorläufi g die Füße
z.B. mit Ziegeln oder Steinen und stellen Sie sicher, dass die in der Abbildung angegebenen Abstände und Abmessungen
eingehalten werden. Die Geräte sind so ausgelegt, dass ihre Neigungen zum Wasserabfl uss zwischen 1% - 1,5% liegen.
Dies gewährleistet eine freie Wasserableitung.
5. Sichern Sie den oberirdischen Teil des Geräts vor Spritzen mit Beton. Mischen Sie genug Beton, um die Löcher zu füllen.
Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen des Betonherstellers genau. Gießen Sie das Loch mit Beton (die Oberfl äche des Beton-
fundaments mindestens 400 mm unter der Erdoberfl äche) und stellen Sie dann sicher, dass die Montageabmessungen
nach dem Gießen eingehalten werden. Die oben genannten Vorgaben sind nur Empfehlungen - der Betonanker sollte
kein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen und muss gemäß den Richtlinien in der Norm EN-1176-1:2017 hergestellt werden.
6. Lassen Sie den Beton abbinden, bevor Sie mit dem nächsten Schritt beginnen. Empfohlene Zeit min. 10 Stunden.
7. Decken Sie den sichtbaren Beton so mit Erde ab, dass der Untergrund wieder eben ist. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Un-
tergrund sicher ist und den Anforderungen von EN 1176-1:2017 entspricht.

Anchoring to the fl oor:
1. Screw the legs (C)/(M) to the device (A)/(B) using the fasteners (G), (H), (I). Secure threaded connections with thre-
adlocker.
WARNING!
Channel - tighten fi rmly before gluing (2a).
Split channel - before gluing, make sure that the connection is still movable (2b).
2. Place the device in the selected place and mark the places for holes.
3. Drill holes for the anchors to a minimum depth of 90mm.
4. Remove any dust from the drilled holes.
5. Fix the rods (D) in the drilled holes with a chemical anchor. Anchor in the foundation strictly according to the recom-
mendations of the manufacturer of the chemical anchor, observing due diligence and taking into account installation
data such as among others drilling depth and diameter and hardening time. The upper surface of the anchor should not
protrude above the fl oor more than 20mm. Optionally, you can use M12 mechanical anchors (not included in the kit)
which should be installed in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Secure the ends of the anchors and nuts
protruding above the fl oor in a way preventing injury.
6. After setting the anchors in the fl oor, place the device on the anchors and screw it to the ground as shown in the
drawing. Secure threaded connections with thread glue. The devices are designed in such a way that their inclinations
range from 1% to 1,5% towards the water outfl ow. This ensures free drainage of water.

Anchoring to the ground:
1. Assemble the legs (J)/(N): install the threaded rods (K) in the appropriate holes of the leg tube and tighten nuts (L).
2. Screw the legs (J)/(N) to the device (A)/(B) using the fasteners (G), (H), (I). Secure the threaded connections with
thread glue.
WARNING!

Split channel - before gluing, make sure that the connection is still movable (2b).
3. Dig pits 300mm in diameter to a depth of 850mm. The spacing of the pits is shown in the layout plan. Equalize bottom
of the pits and tamp the soil. At the bottom, place and tamp an approx. 50 mm layer of ballast.
4. Place the assembled device in the dug pits so that the ground level markings on the legs of the device coincide with the
planned level of the playground surface. Pre-fi x the legs with e.g., brick or stone and make sure that the distances and
dimensions shown in the drawing are maintained. The devices are designed in such a way that their inclinations range
from 1% to 1,5% towards the water outfl ow. This ensures free drainage of water.
5. Protect the above-ground part of the device against splashing with concrete. Mix enough concrete to fi ll the pits. Follow
the concrete manufacturer's instructions carefully. Pour the pit with concrete (upper surface of the concrete foundation
min. 400mm below the ground), and then make sure that after pouring, the installation dimensions of the device are
preserved. The above guidelines are recommendations only - a concrete anchor should not pose a safety risk and must
be made in accordance with the guidelines contained in the EN 1176-1:2017 standard.
6. Allow the concrete to set before starting the next step. Recommended time min. 10 hours.
7. Cover the visible concrete with soil so that the ground is even again. Make sure the ground is safe and complies with
requirements of EN 1176-1: 2017.
