NOTICE: To prevent accidents, please read the following
important precautions before using the adjustable dumbbells.
Any personal injury or product damage caused by the use of
the product is the responsibility of the individual. Please be sure
to read all of the information below and save this user guide for
future use.
1. Use the adjustable dumbbell step by step to avoid unnecessary
damage.
2. To avoid muscle injury, the number of exercises should be
controlled within a reasonable range.
3. If the equipment is worn, loose bolts, rusted or has other
problems, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner to
ensure that all parts are always in good condition.
4. Please keep pets and children away from the product. Minimum
age for use is 15 years.
5. If you experience nausea, shortness of breath, dizziness,
headache, chest tightness or any discomfort, please stop exercising.
6. Before exercising, please consult with your physician about the
frequency, duration and intensity of exercise that is appropriate for
your specific condition and age range.
7. When removing the dumbbell or grip from the dumbbell tray,
please do not press the safety lock or turn the weight selector.
8. When selecting the weight setting, the dumbbell group can only
be lifted when the position "beep" is heard and the grip is parallel to
the corresponding weight indication mark.
