Fuel
The engine works with unleaded 95 petrol.
Unsuitable fuels or fuels other than those recommended can lead to serious engine damage. Lower quality petrol
can damage the engine, gaskets, hoses and fuel tank.
Store fuel in suitable, authorized containers in a safe, dry and cool place, protected from light and sunlight. The fuel
ages, put only the necessary amount for a few weeks. Do not store or use fuel with more than 30 days.
Shake the fuel container before filling the lawn mower tank.
Pressure can be formed in the tank, so open it carefully. Avoid direct skin contact and inhalation of fuel vapors.
When filling the fuel tank, do not add fuel above the maximum level of the filler neck.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Before any maintenance or cleaning work, place the lawn mower on a level surface, switch off the engine and
remove the cap from the spark plug.
Never touch the exhaust, spark plug or other metal parts of the engine while the engine is running or
immediately after switching off the engine. Doing so can result in severe burns or electric shock.
Blade
Tilt the lawn mower to the right so that the air filter is upwards to avoid fuel spillage and excess fuel in the
carburetor, making it difficult to start;
Inspect the blade for damage, cracks and rust or excessive corrosion
A blunt blade can be sharped, but a blade that is too worn, bent, cracked or damaged must be replaced;
A torque wrench should always be used when installing the blade;
Always check that the blade screw is properly screwed.
Blade installation and replacement
If you remove the blade for sharpening or replacing it, you will need a torque wrench to fasten the screw. Wear
gloves whenever you touch the blade.
Remove the screw with a socket wrench. Use a wooden block to prevent the blade from turning when
removing the screw. Then remove the blade;
Install the blade using the blade screw and special washers. Make sure you install the special washers with
the concave side facing the blade and the convex side facing the screw
Tighten the screw with a torque wrench. Use a wooden block to prevent the blade from turning when
tightening the screw.
